Jump Roping
I added jump roping into my workout routine today!
Minute for minute, jumping rope burns 2.3 times more calories than walking at a pace of 3 miles per hour.

TeenyB Bikini has got to have the cutest bikini’s! I had a blast sooting for the new line with all the other beautiful ladies such as Paris, Shawn and lots of other pretty girls! PEANUT BUTTER- BANANNA SMOOTHIE
- 1 bananna
-1.5 tblsp Peanut Butter
- 1 Scoop Whey Protein
- Handful of Flax Seed
- .5 cup of Silk Chocolate Soy Milk
Ice Cubes
1 Plate of Vegetables to accompany the shake :)

Catching up… again
Ever since i’ve been back from Italy i’ve been enjoying life a little too much. The Holidays were so great and spending time with Family hasn’t gotten old…. yet. The day I got back to the US i shot a cover for VOID magazine’s holiday issue. This shoot was hilarious! Christmas presents, donuts and even an elf! 
I also shot my first Billboard which included body painting me like a sexy leopard.. can’t wait to see that campaign. I also got to meet some awesome other models while modeling for TeenyB for their new Swim Catalog coming out soon. Another trip down to Miami was necessary considering the fact that I haven’t done much there yet. I got some good news but i’ll wait to see what happens before I share. The trip was alot of fun and with me was Nicole Kay- http://nicolekayclark.tumblr.com/ and Maximillian Rivera- http://www.tumblr.com/tagged/maximilian-rivera . We did a little shooting but mostly got lost around Miami and in trouble. We made it home safe in the end though so it’s all good.
